1. Overthinking is something we do often and it's not good for us. We tend to think about things that don't matter and take our time thinking about them. If you're having trouble getting out of this habit, try doing some deep breathing exercises. Take a few minutes to sit down and close your eyes. Focus on your breath going in and out. When you feel relaxed, open your eyes again. You'll notice how much easier it was to get out of your head.

2. Another way to help yourself is to make a list of what you need to accomplish today. Then, prioritize those tasks based on importance. Don't worry if you have a lot of things to do; just focus on the ones that really matter.

3. Finally, write down everything you want to achieve in the future. Think about where you want to go in life and what you want to do. Write down your goals and then put them somewhere you'll see them every day.
